At the end of each treatment Tranquillity Beauty Studio send an email to leave a review at the discretion of the client. The reviews are stored in the Ovatu app, within a secure cloud based provider, for the salon to approve. From time to time we use these reviews on our website/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram page. Tranquillity will only publish these with your permission. A client can ask for this to be removed at any time or request for the review not to be published. Clients are asked to contact the salon directly to remove permission to publish reviews. By reviewing the salon you are consenting for Tranquillity Beauty Studio to use these reviews for salon marketing.

We will take all reasonable steps necessary to make sure that your data is treated securely in line with this privacy statement..The client information that is stored, Name, email address, telephone number, medical information, is stored both on a paper form and via a secure online cloud based server, Ovatu. Information is kept locked via a password on the computer, and is only accessible to the employees in the salon. The information that we hold on paper form is stored securely in a locked filing cabinet. No information is shared with a third party. Nor is any information passed on, sold or used for any other purposes other than for the use of Tranquillty Beauty Studio. The information is held for 7 years as stated in our BABTAC insurance policy and after that time will either be removed from the server, or the paper form destroyed.
